Industry News: UK-based longboard and downhill skateboard company, Lush Longboards, is proud to announce a new addition to their downhill skate family in the form of Pete Connolly, top British finisher in this year's International Gravity Sports Association (IGSA) World Cup Rankings.
The time is right for both Pete and us," said Lush founder Chris Tanner. "He fits in with what we're doing perfectly, pushing speedboarding and putting the UK on the world downhill map. He's stoked on speed, and our support will mean that he will now be able to push the boundaries even further and get more people into downhill skateboarding."
Pete will be hitting up all the 2008 IGSA races, plus some freerides in Europe, the US and beyond, together with the rest of the Lush downhill team. He'll also be working with Lush to develop and expand their ever-growing downhill deck, truck and wheel catalogue.
