Stephan Risch has just returned from the Czech Republic to check on the progress of the upcoming Kozakov Challenge. He sent us this report along with a few photos.
Hello friends,
The track starts off very fast reaching up to about 85 km/h. Then you come into a long, high speed right. Maybe you won’t need to foot brake here when the road is prepared with the safety barriers in place. From here you fly into a very nice left with lots of speed and then down to a very nice, grippy, right hairpin.
Exiting from the hairpin you accelerate through the forest and into a left turn. As you exit the left where you reach the maximum speed. Yesterday we reached a max speed of 91 km/h and more is definitely possible! The total course length is 3.4km
The party they are planning in the evening sounds amazing. I can’t talk about the details, all I can say is you wouldn’t believe it…
The organizers are really crazy and highly ambitious. I can’t wait for the event!!!!
Totally stoked Stephan
