Reimer Retains the Number One Position
Calgary, Canada - Kevin Reimer retained the number one starting position on a rainy second day of qualifying that saw the track start out wet, dry out only to be soaked by rain once again. A free form qualifying format was allowed that enabled all competitors to presnt themselves to the line without a specific qualifying order.
Revised World Championship Sunday Schedule

Calgary, Canada - A revised Sunday event schedule for the 2012 IGSA World Championship has been released. Due to Saturday's Repacharge Race being postponed and reschudeled for Sunday morning, the race will start one hour earlier than originally scheduled at 9:00am. Competitors who qualified in positions 93-140 wil take part in the Repacharge to determine the last four starting positions for Sunday's main event. Competitors will be shuttled to the start with a bus prior to the start at 8:45 am for the 9:00am start. Once the chairlift opens at 10:00am, practice for all classes will begin between the Repacharge heats for one hour.
