Volcanic Promotions is pleased to announce Never Summer Industries as the Official Downhill Skateboarding “Fastest Qualifier” Sponsor of the Maryhill “Festival of Speed” IGSA World Championships. Never Summer will be awarding $500 and a complete Never Summer Longboard to each of the Fastest Qualifiers in the Open, Women’s and Junior Downhill Skateboarding classes.

The Maryhill “Festival of Speed” IGSA World Championships will be held on Aug, 27 – 31, 2008 at the world famous Maryhill Loops Road in Goldendale, WA. USA. The awards will be presented on Saturday Aug 30 at 8:00pm during the “Never Summer Fastest Qualifier” ceremony at Klickitat County Fairgrounds in Goldendale. Qualifying will take place on both Friday Aug 29 and Saturday, Aug 30 at 1:00 p.m. One timed run will be made by each competitor on both days with their single fastest run determining their starting position for Sunday’s race.
