Tewantin, Austraila - The Noosa ProAM is a 2 day Gravity Sport event showcasing the great sports of Street Luge, Classic Luge, Downhill Skateboarding, Gravity Bike and Downhill In-line. Taking place on the renown Gyndier Drive racetrack in Tewantin on the 9th & 10th of August 2014
The Noosa ProAM will be the final round of the Australian National Championship for Luge and Gravity Bike and may decide the next Australian Champion!
The event is open to anybody who has experience in the discipline they are registering for. The ProAM aspect of the event assigns all riders into two groups, Professionals and amateurs. All riders race together in their chosen disciplines with the top three finishers receiving trophies. In addition, the top three amateurs will also receive trophies regardless of where they place in the final results.
This event encourages and welcomes new riders to learn from and race with the best riders in the country.
