Reimer Retains the Number One Position
Calgary, Canada - Kevin Reimer retained the number one starting position on a rainy second day of qualifying that saw the track start out wet, dry out only to be soaked by rain once again. A free form qualifying format was allowed that enabled all competitors to presnt themselves to the line without a specific qualifying order.
Calgary, Canada - Kevin Reimer set the fastest time during the first qualifying session for Sunday's World Championship Downhill Skateboarding main event. He was followed by Dillon Stephens and Niko Desmarais to make it an all Canadian top three. Kyle Wester from Colorado, USA put in a great run to earn the number for spot and Swedens' Adam Perrson rounded out the top five.
